Cranberry online security firm to move Downtown
April 19, 2012
Tiversa, a Cranberry-based Internet security firm, is moving its headquarters Downtown. The company has purchased a seven-story building at 606 Liberty Ave. for $2.6 million and will use the top three floors, now vacant, for its offices. Sandy Cikovic, a commercial broker for the Langholz Wilson Ellis real estate firm involved in the sale, said Tiversa decided to relocate to be closer to its contractors. The company plans to install a new roof and renovate the three floors it will be using. Other tenants, including Langholz Wilson and the Joseph Orlando clothing store, are expected to remain in the building.
